My services include document preparation, loan closings, notarization, and transaction management—all handled with precision, compliance, and confidentiality. $8.00 per notarized document 

$2.00 per copy of notarized document

$30.00 per remote notarial act (tangible records)

Travel Fees

$5.00 Travel Fee (flat fee) plus 70 cents per mile roundtrip.

$20 Courier Fee (physical delivery of tangible records)

Expedited Service (scheduling less than 72 hours)

$25.00 (Note: Travel fee still applies)

Emergency/Same Day Service

$40.00 (Note: Travel fee still applies)

Emergency notary service is subject to availability. 

Payment is due upon arrival unless requested in advance. Prepayment deposits (half) are required for expedited and emergency/same day services.

All signers must be present and provide a non-expired identification (ID). Acceptable forms of ID are valid driver’s license, state issued non-driver’s license, valid passport, or VISA. NO ACCEPTIONS! Notary services will not be provided without one of these acceptable forms of identification for the person(s) signing.

Notary Services are provided only for documents in "English". Translation services are not available. 

Notary services cannot be provided for pre-signed forms/documents. Forms/documents must be signed in the Notary’s presence.
